Hardly
Interplanetary panspermia has solid evidence in terms of theoretical radiation and heat exposure. Hoyle's flu from space and interstellar naked panspermia are bunk. I wouldn't however rule out interstellar panspermia if a large comet formed around a meteoroid ejected from a habitable world. Highly unlikely, but possible.
