Cargo
There's no benefit at all as far as I can see for putting large cargo or raw materials on a cycler. That kind of thing doesn't really care how long it's in space, and you have to accelerate it to cycler speed anyway and decelerate it on the other end. I'm seeing large unmanned cargo "slowboats" strung out at intervals on very low-energy transfer trajectories. Very small quantities of emergency supplies would fly on little unmanned high-speed ships (no life support), faster than the cycler travel time.
