That was a lame flame, Techo. Didn't stir me at all, no feeling of outrage or offense, just...ennui.
The length of it is part of the problem, of course. You need to edit for brevity. I forced myself to slog through to the end to see how many people, places, and things you'd try to insult in one flame, and out of something like a morbid curiosity to see if it would get better. I was disappointed, which generated the strongest emotional reaction to your post: A mild resentment that you'd wasted my time.
The number of people you tried to flame at once undermined it too. There was no focus to your ire. I was on your laundry list so I feel obligated to reply, but I'm just one voice in a crowd. Not an angry crowd, reading the posts they seem more baffled than angry. Maybe miffed, or slightly put out, but not angry. I'm afraid some of us are just phoning it in.
A good flame needs a strong hook. You need to lead with a clear and forcefully insulting statement in the subject line: "_____ is a _____". In the body, paraphrase the original put-down as a bridge, and then elaborate on it. But keep your focus. It's more effective to enumerate a vast array of crimes against one or a few people, than to harangue a vast array of people over a few crimes.
And the crimes need to be a lot juicier than participation in an "example of liberal conflict and dysfunction". Zzzzzzz....wake up!...[slap] You need something inflammatory, something with sizzle and pizzazz. How about "bleeding heart Liberals!"? "Tax-and-spend Democrats!" "Damn stinking hippies!!!!" "Soylent Green is made of people!"
And for god's sake, man, above all, don't apologize for your flame...
Now before anyone gets all huffy about my identifying this as a liberal conflict...
(Yeah, I had to get that last political swipe in)
Ewwww! Gag me. This is Flame, Techie. Show some spine, ya pinhead!
