Still here in Florida getting ready to put my house up on the market. Just finished painting the outside today. What a job; looks freekin awesome though. "Curb appeal".

Only a hundred days to hurricane season, so I've got to get packin.
Just got the design for my septic today from the health dept. in NC.
A feat for the Romans. Or maybe he was just playing engineer.
Will find out tomorrow if there's anyone available to take on the job. otherwise, I'll be buying the lot next to it....being Queen of the Hill might have it's price.
