Sad. Pathetic. And somewhat embarrassing.

It would seem to me that in your post there is a lot of energy making fun of the HZ Community board and many of the posters on it over the way an issue I raised was handled.

You express delight at the divisions, the personalities, the issue, even, while disparaging all.

You've truly embarrassed yourself. You have demonstrated first, a terrible ignorance about what a community is, and a willingness to, in effect, advertise that ignorance at the top of your lungs.

Again. Not having a clue is your trademark on the other boards, and is not on community, also. You don't have the sense to slink off, the courage to admit you're wrong, the humility to be teachable, or the empathy to understand - I just defined the perfect neocon - what I'm going to say.

That series of threads is an example of community working. There was one very strong divergent view, which was respected by most folks, there was the kid who got scared and couldn't address facts but had, just had, regardless of the facts, just had to make his points, there were leveling, moderating influences, and no one got driven off.

Beyond your ken. Heck, there was even poor little FranKieC nipping at a heel as best he could. So, we had our Mama and Papa and squabbling kids, and the dog hanging around the edge nipping.

So what?

The only part which isn't a demonstration of community is yours. An attempt to destroy community, as, knowing you could never function in that arena, the operation clearly scares you.

Which, as I said, was sad. Says a lot about you.

Arf (Fairly civil, Bow. Only the language - the content was damning.)
