The bottomline is the fixation with Bush and Iraq is totally motivated by regaining political power. That's it. It's disgustingly shallow to any true humanitarian.
If it were about digging up and publicizing true tragedy and concern for others welfare we might SOMEDAY have seen a thread like this emerge:
Sudan violence Spreading into Chad - Donald
. . . . . . .I saw this too. A real human tragedy. - Bowser
. . . . . . . . .Update on Crisis: 125 people per day made homeless! - Donald
. . . . . . . . . . . .It's all about Hutu/Tutsi violence (this nauseated me) - Robert
Sadly to faux-humanitarians only some deaths and lives are important - those that can be used to empower their party - and (by association) themselves. Iraq and what's happening there is just a cheap political billy club that the left try to club Bush with till he and his party lie on the ground bleeding and the left will then be able take their place. It's just another form of exploitation for real (media$) or perceived (democratic voters self-esteem) personal gain.
