I've put some thought into this. I think I posted on it....

Reflective "micro-debris" in orbit would be a problem as it would impede the cooling of the planet from it's radiation of EM.

A "cloud" of highly reflective solar sails in L1 halo orbits. Yes it would take a lot of them ~106, km diameter. That's alot of Aluminum or whatever they'd be made of. Also, some incredibly robust control system would be required for a dynamically stable arangement.

Once the atmosphere condenses, after I don't know how long a time, construct aphrothermal power plants at the poles by utilizing the heat still near the surface in the crust. This would do two things. Cause the polar CO2 snow to sublimate and recondense at the equator using huge radiators. And provide power to the next construction project. A circum-equatorial mass driver. Once the atmosphere is mostly vacuum, CO2 icebergs could be launched off the planet sending volatiles somewhere in the solar system, and working on spinning Venus up.

My modest proposal, the feasablity of which even from a purely theoretical POV, I know not.
