It does not seem like a good idea.
Shading would involve huge numbers of huge satellites. In any case, Venus receives twice as much heat from the Sun as Earth does. It is a hopeless cause.
It would be far more reasonable to reduce human population by humane means to levels at which Earth would be more than adequate. My feeling is that the Earth can support no more than one billion to two billion persons in a reasonable lifestyle.
