The situation in that part of the world was not stable. Bush went in. If he hadn't, the next president, or the one after that, would have had to. Do you think the idea that Saddam was a threat originated with Bush?
I'm tired, R.L. I'm tired of repeating the same reasoning over and over. I'm tired of people acting like history began in January of 2001, and that all the years of Saddam's actions and the U.S. responses and policies prior to that mean nothing in this analysis.
I'm tired of people pretending that the previous president never even heard of Iraq.
