Now think about whether people with true criminal intent are usually honest.
Think about whether people who are trying to leave one country for another would have any incentive to answer honestly if the test will keep them where they are.
Think about whether it will be possible to deport people if they convert after they have emigrated.
I can answer yes to the first two of your questions, and I can think of dozens of people who could answer yes to all of them except the execution ones. Yet none of them are any threat to anyone.
You yourself would answer yes to these:
-Do you think that people should have their civil rights restricted on the basis of their religion?
-Do you think that religious belief should be grounds for deportation?
And this without the least thought for the extent to which that will effect relationships among nations and between people. Second-class citizenship is only one step up from slavery, and the ignorance and resentment that is its heritage.
The problem with gated communities is that, while the people on the outside are not allowed in, the people on the inside are afraid to come out.

You will screen the honest for being honest. Congratulations!
