Oh were you talking about war? War will always be a judgement call of balancing risks. The price of war is always high. Sometimes the cost of not going to war is higher. But I maybe they don't teach French history in France anymore. As any real scientist or engineer knows "Facts" are subject to change with addition of new data or analytical methods. There is no absolute truth especially when trying to uncover clandestine programs in the face of obvious obstruction and pontificating otherwise is just BS.
