I hope Americans are some of the colonists, but there are billions of people and decades of time. Maybe the Chinese or Saudis would be a better bet.
Not sure who, but it's more likely religious groups than non-religious groups. And even if a non-religious got there first, they probably get religious in a fairly short time period.
