Or at least will skate. The charges have NOT been dropped, but the plea agreement which will be filed withe the court on Monday, has a proviso in which the charges would be dropped in 18 months if Limbaugh continues in Tx for drug addiction.

Additionally, Limbaugh is to pay $ 30,000. to offset investigative costs, and $ 30. supervision fee to the probation dept.

This is an overly generous agreement. Limbaugh had way over the amount of drugs for a felony possession charge. Limbaugh should have been taken to a facility where he could have been detoxed and then put into an in-patient residential program.

If we want to start a book on these boards as to whether Rush will successful om completing his treatment and get these charges dropped 18 months from now, I want in. Rush is an addict and in denial, addicts relapse without adequate structure. Rush will relapse.
