So, this makes you joyful?

Hmm, if poor city minority was getting drugs proscribed, the minority wouldn't be facing drug charges. If anything newsworthy, the minority would suing the doctors. Yes, it would great story about the evil doctors and the poor abused minority. Better yet a class action suit against the drug company- with "famous" lawyers daring the impossible task of going against the big drug companies.

Get real.
