My problem with the Europeans is not that they opposed our policy, they had every right, perhaps even an obligation, to do that. Their crime was to frustrate all of our diplomatic and political initiatives in the UN so that war became inevitable. The Russians are playing the same sort of game now, they are placing obstacles in front of everything we are trying to do in Iran, but they just launched an Israeli spy satellite targeting Arab and Iranian interests in the Middle East. It sounds to me like they are trying to play both sides against the middle, to provoke war. No doubt they plan to sell weapons to both sides.
