re:About He3
It turns out there's a lot more He3 inside Uranus or Neptune than on the Moon!! It may be wiser to go there than on our Moon and spoil it (our moon) by creating an accidental atmosphere.
What a site!!
AT means After Tranquility;)
Anyway, I remember all the promises (justifying manned space exploration or settlements), the counter-arguments given by space buffs too (in order to justify their own ideas about space exploration, they needed to kill the previous ideas)...It all means our arguments are really hard to put forward...Perhaps there's hope as somebody might very well come up with the right idea that might trigger space settlements..But I'm pretty sure we haven't heard about him yet..
