Not a myth. In January this year I had about 70 trips worth of liquid LSD (along with some other things). I was in a on life support and in a coma for 3 weeks so I wouldn't recommend it. But anyway, I do occasionally get flashbacks, especially when I'm very tired. So no, LSD flashbacks are very real.
