I worked in the Village back in the 60's and now that you mention it....I never heard of anyone having an acid flashback either.

If someone DID, then they must have taken copious quantities or been mentally unstable to begin with. And anyone taking copious quantities of a dangerous psychedelic drug would fit that profile. Perhpas they were paranoid?
