"I personally think NASA should be doing Mars exploration not Moon exploitation."

Well, I think NASA should explore the moon. But I think that NASA exploration of both Mars and the Moon should be more focused on determining what resources can be exploited on the Moon and Mars

"The Moon is not an ideal location for a fuel station and pretending it is not a good idea."

I don't know if the Moon is ideal location for fuel station, and I wouldn't favor any kind of NASA run fuel station. But I do favor NASA exploring the Moon and determine if there is minable water at lunar poles.
