...every workplace is full of jerks like this. Their ambition embarks on projects that seem to depend on everyone else dropping what they're doing to make them happen. And when they fail, they're nowhere to be found, except to blame everyone else. If you're a manager, you constantly need to control these corporals of industry. If you happen to work for one, heaven help you.
