re: Christian-based fantasy
the Left Behind series, wildly popular, of mediocre literary quality, promising extermination for non-Christians
An example of your even handed generosity Mary Anne, I managed to slog through sections of a few of the series. I gritted my teeth and forced my way through the cliche’d and obviously polarized scribbling for as long as I could stand it.
Mediocre is not the word I’d have used.
Dreck was the kindest word I could think of.
What a horrible sacrifice of so many trees.
