Bet you that within 10 years China is deploying something.

And 5 years after that we deploy something much more extensive than this deploy-something-by-election-day system that we have now. And that we won't stop deployment when we get to the NK readiness stage.

Anybody want to make a real wager on it? I'd have to widen the time frames to make a real bet out of it.
