All Israel wanted from Lebanon and Hezbollah...was to be left alone.

And isn't it funny how the Islamic government of Sudan can slaughter tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, and the UN, the Arab League, and the international community in general doesn't seem to give a damn?!?!? Where's the emergency Security Council meeting on that???

But if Israeli military responses cause a couple dozen civilians to die, due to the cowardly fighting tactics of the Islamic terrorists whose aggression started this war, then oh my God it's the greatest human rights abuse in history! Israel is so horrible and must be punished for its crimes!

The hypocricy is simply staggering.

Oh well. Some Europeans once blamed Jews for the Black Death in the 14th century and had many burned at the stake. I guess that although anti-semitism has abated (somewhat) over the years in Europe, in Arab and Muslim countries it still runs rampant, and the Jews pretty much get blamed for everything that's wrong including bad weather, and of course any conflict in the Middle East must be their fault.
