Tests and licenses to have children
I am sure the PC crowd would be up in arms, but if you need to get a
license to fish, hunt, and ride a jet ski, why do we allow to let just about
anyone have a child? Something as important as that, yet how many
are mistreated by parents who are only parents in the sense that they
had them biologically? A definite source - if not THE source - of problems
in this world.
Too many people are ill-equipped to have and handle children. Yet they
keep breeding by the millions and no one seems to be doing much about it.
So yeah, if you need a license to own a dog, I think things should be a
little more stringent to have a child.
