We all know these points.

Most are not pertinent to the question I would ask.

Who should be returning to the Moon?

Boiling it down I Do Not think NASA should be returning to the Moon.

I think this is a waste of taxpayers money.

Business interested in the Moon should spend the R and D money not us!
