Barycenter Inside Planet Versus Outside

Yes every system orbits the barycenter not the center of the planet, but all others have the barycenter inside the planet so you can still say the moon orbits the planet. The key issue is allowing for large double planets. This definition does, but in so doing lets Charon in what kind of seems like a loophole. Spca.com has more detail on these issues.
