- and was fascinated by CGI. Sadly he died before this could be carried out. My understanding is that the digitally remastered version released a few years ago, while superb (from what I hear), isn't the same as what's meant here. Seems like Kubrick had in mind, what these guys want to do with Star Trek.

I would love to see this new version of ST - that's a lovely looking pic.
