This commission was a partisan hack-fest, ignoring vast amounts of information that even I have access to. Had all the members been Republicans, Bush would have come out smelling like a rose. Had all the members been Democrats, Bush's rotting hide would be hanging from the top of the Washington Monument.
You have no way of telling why those things were redacted, you're just taking the Democrats' word for it. And frankly, given the "intelligence community's" long-time program of targeted leaks and anti-Bush activity, I have no idea how Democrats could conclude that suddenly the "intelligence community" is going to rally behind Bush by covering up information.
Meanwhile, Clinton and the Democrats have declared all-out war on ABC to keep one or two scenes out of a TV movie. Veiled threats to broadcast licenses have been mentioned. Methinks they doth protest a bit much, don't you? Haven't seen much on this board about it yet, but it's probably the worst political mistake the Democrats have made in a long time.
Compare to Bush's behavior back when Fahrenheit 911 was not only widely touted by the Left, but Michael Moore was the Democratic Party's fair-haired boy.
