That it's like the boy who cried wolf; I have a tendency not to believe them. I remember the public clamoring for EVIDENCE, and I left it at that. We have large reserves strictly to help us regulate the ebb and flow of commerce. And I certainly don't agree with the price gouging they've gotten away with.
