Europa Explorer flagship class mission
Three times the payload of the canceled Europa Orbiter Last I heard JIMO was axed as well so this is a logical replacement. I can't imagine they wouldn't put a lander on this spacecraft. Hopefully the micro landers that hop around wil be available by then and there will be a bunch of them. Another good idea is an impactor or kinetic energy device to blast up material from the surface and have the orbiter scoop it up and analyze it.
