If really our country is going to attack Iran, it should require the approval of the House & Senate since this is a declaration of war. We as a country can not be hijacked by Neo Con extreemists and have our future and that of our chilren taken away just because a menority supports Isreal's needs more than our own. This would be a crime cimmitted by our politicians if they do not stand up against this madness. Worse is, if we do attack and accomplish nothing other than accelarate the Iranian Nuclear program and Unite the Iranian people and the rest of the world, against us and our interests, than we would really end up like the Spanish Armada. The Iranians for sure will stop the free flow of oil and will create upheaval not only in Iraq for our troops, but in all the gulf countries. What ever little respect we may still have in the world will be gone for good, and I can not see how this will inhance our safty and that of Israel.
