"...all men are created equal." refers to rights and to opportunity. It does not mean that everyone must have exactly the same amount of property. It directly opposes that the leader must live one way, party officials another, military leaders another, and everybody else lives like a peasant. Stalinist regimes believe firmly in the "some animals are more equal than others" principle.

This "fallacy" is a founding principle of our country that is enshrined in our constitution. I merely pointed out that there are spots in the world where there was total agreement with your position: in the leadership of Stalinist dictatorships.
