The problem here is......
She'll probably get a good taste of the gool ole new USA and it will break her spirit. She probably WON'T be allowed to continue her business, because (frankly) it's a good idea, and there will be many more who will follow her lead. They'll see the future "risk" in it and nip it in the bud.
I think they should have waited until there was an actual complaint, before telling her she couldn't do it.
