2. Endorse a male-oriented society.

3. Endorse an economic system where the gap between rich and poor grows wider each day.

4. React to the global chessboard of move/counter-move with moronic simplicity. (you hit me, I'll hit you harder). Pretty easy to know the next move.

5. Inflame 3rd World countries by declaring them Axis of Evil nations and then preemptively invade one while ignoring ones with as bad or worse a track record if they have nuclear weapons or supply us with oil.

6. Inflame the Muslim world by killing a large number of innocent people (collateral damage), destroying cities (see Fallujah), defiling mosques, and filling their lands with American soldiers that will surely have bad elements among them that commit attrocities that you can use as propaganda.

7. Create a system designed to use ineffectual color-coded warning systems to keep the population in fear and uncertainty for political advantage. Ensure that they also strip search lots of little old ladies at airports.

8. Elevate terrorists thugs that should be treated as no more than common criminals to national status by declaring war on them, a never-ending one at that. Label the occupation of Iraq as a war as well even though there is no identifiable army we're fighting anymore.

9. Ensure they have plenty of military action with lots of high-tech bang-bang but require no sacrifice from the nation except from the lower class of society who make up the bulk of the military. Tax cuts are essential during time of warfare and the ruling class has almost none of their children in uniform.

10. Ensure their energy and defense companies record record profits during the times of warfare.

11. Publicly spy on citizens and curtail their constitutional rights while gloating about the use of torture around the world.

12. Lie publicly, repeatedly and badly.
