In one case he was acting-playing a role, presumably a erson without parkinsons. In another case he was apperaing as himself- a person with parkinsons.

In one case, huge care was taken to mask his symptoms, as it wasn't part of his role. Just because in the ad, the same care wasn't taken (again, different context), doesn't mean you can anyway cry foul.

When a person with parkinsons appears to have parkinsons, its not acting.

Get it?
