The AirLaunch systems I'm working on are pressure fed using "Vapak" principles, like an aerosol can. Seadragon was pressure fed. So was the Percheron system I helped design years ago (blew up), and OTRAG's system.

The SpaceshipOne rocket is a hybrid, but the oxidizer is pressure-fed.
