What is not technical about pointing out EP is not an engineer? He's not and you know he's not. When he continuously makes bogus pronouncements like he has some kind of technical background that ought to be pointed out. And when have you ever seen him demonstrate mathematical ability? The post was intentionally short to stick with basic facts and data for a relative newcomer so as not to bait EP any more than any other post questioning his expertise. The question Sawyer posed does require mathematical knowledge to answer accurately and the mathematical comments were not gratuitous.
I have no idea what EP posted, but I'd give you a D for overzelous moderation. I consider Chris's subjective comments on the India thread far more over the ahem line than pointing out actual facts about EP's credentials.
