He's embarassing and humiliating unsuspecting Americans who show that certain annoying, smug, condescending attitude of cultural superiority towards immigrants, plus a healthy and sincere dose of prejudice and bigotry that many Americans let out when they think it's okay, they're in the company of a foreigner who apparently shares that opinion...
Just look at all the states that voted down gay marriage last Tuesday. Bigotry and hatred are alive and well in America. Cohen's just reminding us of that fact.
