Yes, that would be a negative. A positive would be, IMO, there would be fewer civilians in the line of fire.

And I still need to e-mail the DOD and ask them why they are not using satellites to keep an eye on the Iraq hot spots. As Robert and I discussed, they could trace a suicide bomber back to his point of origin and start finding these terrorist hiding places.
