it will raise the return to the Moon as an issue in the '08 Presidential election.

Now if CAPS (the Comet and Asteroid Protection System) moves from number 10 among the astronomical goals for returning to the Moon to near the top, then the deal will be closed but good.

Of course, the Chinese-Russian sale of manned lunar technology should be announced by next week or so, so that will close that aspect.

Good luck to the current crew going to re-wire the electrical system on ISS. Just think, a nice photovoltaic arrary which can be used for all sorts of interesting work...
