I could fill this board with idiotic cultural memes that are being dumped on our kids in video games. I submit that there are dozens of them that are doing far more damage to our culture than this one obscure dumbass game that doesn't even run on any of the major consoles. The entire "Grand Theft" series of games, which promotes and maintains the ghastly "thug" stereotype of blacks, sells in the tens of thousands.

I challenge you to find this game on ANY formal list of worst or most violent video games. Until this post, I had never even heard of it.

As usual, the Left, personified by outfits like "Campaign to Defend the Constitution," and the "liberation theologists" (who, through the entire Cold War, never met a communist they didn't like), picks all the wrong hills to die on.

Out of all the games they could have picked, this is the one game they see as hateful and dangerous to society. Not sure who they think they're kidding about their motivations. I suspect this has as much to do with their psychotic obsession with WalMart as anything else.

But as with the "safe" political targets in this country, I suspect they find American evangelists a much more benign target for their anger than other religions. Some other religions will kill you for what you say.
