Um... the Sultanate went away after WWI.
The "Muslims" aren't a unit. They have no religious leader recognized by everyone, nor have the different sects a sole religious leader to whom all members of that sect look for direction.
The Israelis have Jerusalem now. The Turks have Istanbul (Constantinople). Neither nation is even vaguely comparable to the Saudis, even though the Turks are also Muslim.
To talk about trading anything with "the Muslims" makes no sense.
