I just pulled 15 out of the air, no significance to it.

Of couse there were disturbances in the Middle East then - probably have been more or less continuously for a few thousand years - but my question was, is it more stable now than it was 15 years ago? Or 12, or 8, or 20, or 45? Other than the 67 and 73 wars, maybe, and possibly the Iran-iraq war, do you think the Middle East is more or less stable now than it has been on "average" over the last 20 years?
