If Bush set out to screw up the Middle East, he couldn't have done a better job.

Gore, Kerry, Hillary, Obama, Edwards, Goofy, Pluto, Elmer Fudd, even Wile E. Coyote would have the world in a better place now. Safer. Cheaper.

Hell, Yosemite Sam would have, too, and been better with the language. Bonzo, but he was worse with English than Bush, even. But that's just an opinion. The above is fact.

The point being that the US meddling against Iran, using Iraq as a surrogate, then encouraging Saddam to invade the Iraqi province of Kuwait, then the First Gulf War and "no-fly" zone which was used to attack pretty much all of Iraq all contributed to the unease in the region.

And then someone had to invade Iraq. Can you imagine!!??
