There were Russian pilots in Korean Migs- we didn't attack the Soviets.

There were Russian built SAM sites in Vietnam- we didn't attack the Soviets.

We supplied the Mujhadeen in Afghanistan and the Soviets didn't attack us.

Why then, would we attack Iran for supplying the insurgency?

Maybe the solution is to supply all interested nations with ICBM's under a worldwide policy of MAD.
