It's news.
Current Events is about what's in the news and what is newsworthy. And our comments about it.
Now it's true that "Alien Autopsies, Alien Abduction, Fee Masonic conspiracies" could be in the news, BUT those topics don't belong in Current Events. They don't belong anywhere in the Habitablezone, save that Mary Anne has generously tolerated them on Off Topic.
Now I suppose you could argue that this documentary is a polemic directed against the pseudoscience connected to the science of climate study. But since "Yeti" is convinced that Al Gore is "more or less" accurate in hysterics regarding Global Warming, Yeti isn't in the position to make this particular argument.
Now, I did fail to make specific comment about this show. I think it would be worth watching but I don't live in UK. I will have to wait to see over here- though maybe it will be too hot for the America Media to handle.
