I think I screwed that up. So don't quote me on it.
I think the electric car would still consume 23 kW (31 hp) at highway speed. I'm at a loss as to how the EV1 achieved highway speed using only 7 kW. Someone else may have made the same mistake as me, cause it doesn't make any sense.
