I dreamt about one last night.
Here's my dream (really); this is hysterical.
I was at a small auditorium with a theatre screen and there was going to be a circumcision of a young male and they were going to screen it. Mick Jagger was going to do the honors. After a few Jumpin Jack Flashes, the young man is prepared and the screen is lit up.
We see flashes of skin, a flash of the scalpel's metal, a drop of blood and then a laser comes out and cleans up any loose skin or blood and cauterizes it..and voila!
Perfect job.
Mick takes a bow and the screen closes.
Jumpin Jack Flash plays and the party's on.
