That's a disgrace. I meant our surveillance, intelligence, cooperation with other intelligence agencies, financial monitoring, i.e, overall police work, not to mention some excellent covert CIA work, particularly in Afghanistan. It's unglamourous flatfoot work, and it's been handled by professionals, not ideologue cowboys who've been itching to rewrite the 60s by starting and winning their own Vietnam.
