If one takes note of all the recent flooding of rivers and streams, and considers where this is taking place...inevitably, there's been serious development on plateaus nearby...no more trees, no more wooded areas...just vast roof areas, driveways, and spray on lawn...no seepage back into the ground...just pure runoff...bad idea that has been known by developers for several years now, but nothing stops our expansion...for now, at least.
